Learning from Real Thesis Projects at Architect Expo 2026
Nonthaburi, April 29 – Raffles International College is happy to share moments from Interior Design students in Major Studio I and Major Studio III who went on a field trip to the Architect Challenger Hall. The visit helped them understand the standards expected for interior design projects globally.
Raffles Students majoring in Studio I joined the expo to collect references and observe how final-year projects are developed. They gained hands‑on experience by exploring thesis projects exhibited by other universities. The showcased works inspired and gave them a clearer picture of how ideas can be transformed into design outcomes.
For Studio III, the visit was focused on preparing their own final stage presentations this semester. Students walked through the exhibition, guided by examples of completed thesis projects. They compared and discussed the works on display, gaining insight into the requirements and expectations of the industry.
The Architect Expo 2026 was a valuable learning moment. Both groups gained real project exposure, practical knowledge, and inspiration to strengthen their own objectives. The visit highlighted the importance of learning opportunities outside the classroom, making it a significant step in their academic journey.
