Raffles Programme Director Met the New Zealand Prime Minister at the Alumni Networking Ceremony
Raffles International College’s Mr. Wynn Arunrugstichai, the Program Director of Interior Design, was graciously invited to the ceremony of the New Zealand Alumni Networking on April 17, 2024. This prestigious occasion was held at Bangkok’s Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection property. Rt. Hon. Christopher Luxon, the Prime Minister of New Zealand presided over the ceremony organized by Education New Zealand (ENZ).
The New Zealand government supports the New Zealand Alumni Networking Ceremony, which aims to promote higher education in New Zealand and enhance international educational collaboration. The gathering serves to establish connections with distinguished New Zealand alumni across different fields. This initiative plays a critical role in strengthening relationships and encouraging educational and cultural exchange between Thailand and New Zealand.
The Prime Minister of New Zealand presented two prestigious awards, including “The Distinguished Service Award” to Mrs. Nopamas Wairatpanij, Advisor to the New Zealand Alumni Association Committee, as a representative of the association, and “The Eminent Alumni Award” to Mrs. Auramon Supthaweethum, Director-General of the Thailand Department of Business Development. Mr. Wynn Arunrugstichai, our esteemed programme director, who serves as an alumnus and vice president of the New Zealand Alumni Association, was invited as a guest. It was a wonderful opportunity to meet many renowned alumni and engage in discussions with global leaders.
Raffles International College is delighted with the recipients of the awards and considers it an enormous privilege that Mr. Wynn Arunrugstichai was present at this esteemed event.
